Abstract:

In this paper, a novel risk-based, two-objective (technical and economical) optimal reactive Power dispatch method in a wind-integrated Power system is proposed which is more consistent with operational criteria.  The technical objective includes the minimization of the new voltage instability risk index. The economical objective includes cost minimization of reactive Power generation and active Power loss. The proposed voltage instability risk employs a hybrid possibilistic (Delphi-Fuzzy)-probabilistic approach that takes into consideration the operator’s experience, the wind speed and demand forecast uncertainties when quantifying the risk index. The decision variables are the reactive Power resources of the system. To solve the problem, the modified multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with sine and cosine acceleration coefficients is utilized. The method is implemented on the modified IEEE 30-bus system. The proposed method is compared with those in the previously published literature, and the results confirm that the proposed risk index is better at estimating the voltage instability risk of the system, especially in cases with severe impact and low probability. In addition, according to the simulation results compared to typical security-based planning, the proposed risk-based planning may increase the security and economy of the system due to better utilization of system resources.

The purpose of this article is to compare comparative air Power options: tudy among the scientific and educational staff of the Air University, Department of Specialty Education Aviation and Air Students of the Higher National Defense University who have a good knowledge about the use of air Power inclassic air Power tactics, information warfare, military deception. And the application of vague threats with unknown capabilities in an asymmetric space to deal with potential threats. Research Methods, It is a field and a survey. In a field s a war in the field Have Asymmetry, by providing a suitable questionnaire, the results obtained using Delphi research methods for Standardized and analyzed from the operational research process of hierarchical analysis or AHP method. This research, impact variables Training criteria, effectiveness, operational efficiency and equipment technology in the hypothesis, ie four options of asymmetric Power approach Was selected and after standardization was statistically analyzed, which resulted in rejecting the hypothesis of the effect of application. Classic air Power tactics and confirmation of three other options: information warfare, military deception, and the use of vague threats with capability Unknown in the field of Asymmetry and also determining the importance and preference of the above options according to the four criteria of education, Effectiveness, operational efficiency and equipment technology.

Abstract:

It is very obvious that Power is a significant factor among different departments or parts of an organization. Because Power Asymmetry among different depts. and units in an organization will make the organization not to have an optimal performance, since optimal performance is the result of proper interaction among different organizational units. In this regard, in manufacturing companies the issue of Power among marketing department and other parts of an organization is highly considered. Therefore, the objectives of this study is to identify the existence of Power Asymmetry among different sectors of manufacturing companies and investigating the effect of Power Asymmetry on business performance in case of using porter strategies, and finally determining whether there is a positive relationship among the companies’ marketing department and business performance. Required data for conducting such research was collected using questionnaire. The current research is an applied one in terms of objective. Furthermore, the research hypotheses were tested using variance analysis, Duncan test and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results indicated that there is Power Asymmetry among different departments of manufacturing companies and its effect will be augmented in case of using low cost strategy. The Power of marketing department has a positive impact on business performance.

Abstract:

In this paper, a new method for extending and relaxing the noise-coupling (NC) technique is proposed to enhance the noise-shaping order without adding the number of integrators. The noise-shaping order of the introduced ∑∆ modulator whit applying a second-order noise-coupling technique is enhanced and its performance with optimizing the noise transfer function (NTF) zeros is improved. Also, by removing the analog adder at feedforward path and transferring it to a new feedback branch before the last integrator and adding second-order NC path can be decreased the input voltage swing to the quantizer. Thus, by improving the modulator resolution, Power consumption can be reduced. Mathematical analyses and behavioural simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the new NC method. To examine its performance, a 2nd-order single loop ΣΔ modulator was designed. The new noise-coupling method is used to achieve the three-order noise shaping to increase the resolution with low complexity and low-Power. The results show an outstanding improvement in signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SNDR) compared to the conventional structure.

Abstract:

Introduction & Objective: Breast Asymmetry and chest wall Asymmetry are common but there is no comprehensive classification and relative distribution in the research literature. This Asymmetry can be caused by various issues such as diseases, abnormalities and complications of surgery. The aim of this study was to investigate the chest wall Asymmetry and its effects on breast Asymmetry. Materials & Methods: In this cross-sectional study, which was performed retrospectively, the records of patients applying for mammoplasty from 2013 to 2020 were reviewed. Preoperative frontal imaging is performed on these patients. The frontal photograph of the breast and chest was examined before the operation. Distance between right nipple to midline of chest, distance between left nipple to midline of chest, length of right midclavicular distance to right nipple and length of left midclavicular distance to left nipple, right chest width, chest width Left breast, sternal notch distance to right nipple and sternal notch to left nipple distance were calculated by software and analyzed using chi-square test. Results: Based on the results obtained in measuring chest wall width and nipple to midline distance, 256 cases (56. 4%) and 283 cases (62. 3%) of the left breasts were larger, respectively. In nipple to ant axillary line measurements, the frequency of people with a larger right was higher. In the chest wall width variable, only in the prosthesis group, there was a statistically significant difference between left and right size (P-value <0. 05). There was a statistically significant difference between left and right size in nipple to midline distance and nipple to ant axillary line variables (P-value <0. 05),But in SNN variable, there was no statistically significant difference between left and right size in any of the groups (P-value >0. 05). Conclusions: Based on the results, the breast and chest wall Asymmetry is common. Therefore, patients should be reminded that due to the difference in the width of the chest and breast on both sides and their Asymmetry, this Asymmetry will also exist after breast cosmetic surgery. This influences decisionmaking and planning to reduce this Asymmetry using surgical and non-surgical methods.

Abstract:

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a chronic functional gastrointestinal disorder that is characterized by abdominal pain, discomfort and change in the intestinal habits. The aim of this study was the comparison of brain oscillations features between patients with IBS and healthy control, speciallity in alpha frequency band by using rest-electroencephalography (EEG). 11 IBS patients (7 females and 4 male) and 11 healthy (7 females and 4 male), gender and age-matched, were selected and brain oscillations were recorded by a 64-channel EEG at rest in eye-closed condition. Alpha Power, peak alpha frequency and frontal alpha Asymmetry were calculated and analyzed by fast Fourier transform and independent t test. The results showed that in IBS group, the average of alpha was higher, the peak alpha frequency and frontal alpha Asymmetry are lower than healthy control. Our findings indicated that difference between healthy control and IBS group in their cortical functions and generated brain wave oscillation, specifically in alpha frequency bands. Theses results may serve as a biomarker and prognostic tools for IBS treatments.
